报告人简介：Dr. Shuang Ren is an associate professor at Deakin Business School, Deakin University, Australia. She obtained her PhD at the University of Melbourne (2010-2013) and received Williams Prize for PhD thesis. Her research areas center on environmental management, human resource management, leader development and Chinese management. She serves as the Associate Editor of British Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. She has published in leading scholarly journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, Human Resource Management. She is the receipient of ANZAM Early Career Research 2015, Deakin Excellence in Research 2017 and AOM OB Best Research with Practical Implications 2019.
